We’re building a platform that eventually belongs to the people who play it. Here’s how we get there — quarter by quarter.

Most Web3 projects publish roadmaps that read like wishlists. Feature after feature, buzzword after buzzword, with no clear logic connecting one milestone to the next.

This isn’t that kind of roadmap.

Every milestone below is sequenced deliberately. Each phase builds on the previous one. Each feature exists because it solves a specific problem for a specific user. And the entire arc — from PvP battles to full DAO governance — follows a single thesis:

The best platforms aren’t built for communities. They’re built by them.

Where We Are Now: The Foundation

Before mapping the future, let’s ground ourselves in the present.

X3NA launched on BASE mainnet in Q4 2025. Today, the platform delivers:

PvP prediction battles in 30, 60, and 90-second roundsDynamic multipliers up to 40x, driven by real-time crowd distributionFull TradingView integration with EMA, RSI, MACD, and Bollinger BandsChainlink oracle price feeds for provably fair resultsMulti-wallet support — MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, WalletConnectTournament system with volume-based leaderboards and cascading prize pools7-tier rank system — from Rookie to LegendVerified smart contract on BASE at 0xff8dDbC654056CbCc2C8C96A24EC3D859473b6bcEU legal entity registered in Estonia

The core gameplay works. The smart contracts are verified. The infrastructure is solid. Now it’s time to scale.

Q1 2026: Growth & Ecosystem Integration

Focus: Remove friction and meet users where they already are.

Farcaster Mini Apps

This is the single highest-impact initiative of Q1.

Farcaster — the decentralized social protocol deeply integrated with BASE — has over 100,000 funded wallets. X3NA as a Farcaster Mini App means players can discover and enter battles without leaving their social feed. No app switching. No separate login. The wallet they already use on Farcaster works seamlessly with X3NA.

For a platform built on social competition, embedding directly into a social protocol is a natural distribution channel.

Private Battle Rooms

The most requested feature from our community, and the cornerstone of our B2B strategy.

Private Rooms allow anyone to create a custom battle room with configurable parameters:

Variable What It Controls Access type Public, invite-only, whitelist, or link-only Round duration 15 seconds to 15 minutes Coin selection Community vote, fixed coin, or rotation Entry range From $0.10 to $1,000 Platform fee 0% to 10% (room creator sets) Revenue share Room creator earns a share of fees Max players 2 (1v1 duel) to 1,000 Visibility Public, hidden, or featured

This unlocks multiple use cases simultaneously.

For token communities: A BRETT or DEGEN community can create a dedicated room for their token — fixed coin, branded, with revenue flowing back to their community.

For content creators: A creator can host live prediction battles for their audience with a unique invite link, earning revenue from every round played during their stream.

For competitive players: 1v1 duels or small-group rooms with higher minimum entries for focused PvP.

For events: Zero-fee promotional rooms during tournaments, AMAs, or community events to drive engagement.

Private Rooms transform X3NA from a product into a platform — one where communities build their own experiences on top of our infrastructure.

Battle Share Cards

Every battle result auto-generates a shareable card optimized for Twitter (1200×630) and Telegram (1080×1080). The card displays the result, the multiplier, the coin, and a call-to-action. Every player’s win becomes organic distribution at zero cost.

UX Improvements

We’ve identified a significant friction point in our onboarding flow: the gap between wallet connection and first prediction completion is too wide. Q1 includes a guided first-battle flow, improved visual cues, and a simplified entry interface designed to get new players from connection to their first round as quickly as possible.

Q2 2026: Advanced Features & AI

Focus: Give users reasons to stay through depth and new gameplay modes.

AI Prediction Agents

This is where X3NA enters new territory.

Players will be able to create, configure, and deploy AI agents that make predictions on their behalf. These aren’t black-box algorithms — they’re customizable strategy tools with transparent logic:

Choose which technical indicators the agent weighsSet entry limits and bankroll rulesDefine crowd-psychology thresholds (e.g., “go contrarian when >85% consensus”)Backtest strategies against historical battle data

The AI Agents feature serves multiple audiences: advanced players who want to automate their strategies, more casual players who want a passive mode, and analytically-minded users who enjoy optimizing parameters.

Team Battles (2v2)

Prediction battles have always been individual. Team Battles change that.

Two players pair up against another duo. Combined performance determines the winner. This adds a social layer — players recruit partners, develop team strategies, and compete in pair-based leaderboards.

For community building, Team Battles create natural social bonds between players and give content creators a format for collaborative content.

Pro Mode

An advanced interface for serious players featuring multi-timeframe analysis, detailed performance analytics (win rate by coin, by room type, by time of day), and custom chart layouts with indicator presets.

Public API

Open developer tools for building on top of X3NA. This enables third-party integrations, analytics dashboards, Discord/Telegram bots that report battle results, and community-built tools.

The Public API transforms X3NA from a closed product into an open platform that developers can extend.

Q3 2026: Points, Token & Airdrop

Focus: Align incentives through transparent tokenomics.

Points System

Before the token launches, a points system rewards the behaviors that strengthen the platform:

Activity Point Weight Rationale Early supporters 30% Reward loyalty and early participation Volume generated 20% Core platform activity Tournament performance 15% Competitive engagement Referrals 15% Network growth Community contributions 10% Content, feedback, governance participation Team allocation 10% Long-term alignment

Points are transparent, trackable, and convert to token allocation at TGE. This creates clear incentive for active participation in the months leading up to launch.

$X3NA Token Generation Event

Planned for Q3 2026 — an initial DEX listing on Uniswap BASE.

The token serves structural functions within the platform:

Governance. Token holders vote on platform parameters: which coins to list, fee structures, tournament formats, feature priorities.

Staking. Stake $X3NA to earn a share of platform fees. This creates a direct link between platform usage and token value.

Utility. Reduced fees, exclusive room access, and enhanced features for token holders.

The TGE is deliberately placed in Q3 — after the product has matured, the user base has grown, and the platform has demonstrated consistent activity. We’re not launching a token for hype. We’re launching a token for a product that’s already working.

Q4 2026: DAO & Full Decentralization

Focus: Transfer meaningful control to the community.

Full DAO Deployment

This is the endgame — and the reason the entire roadmap exists.

The X3NA DAO will control treasury management (how platform revenue is allocated), feature prioritization (what gets built next), economic parameters (fee structures, multiplier curves, entry limits), partnership decisions (which tokens to feature, which integrations to pursue), and grant distribution (funding community developers, content creators, and ecosystem builders).

Governance will be weighted by token holdings but include reputation mechanics based on platform activity and community contributions. Active players will have an outsized voice relative to passive holders.

CEX Listings

With a functioning DAO, active governance, and demonstrated product metrics, Q4 targets centralized exchange listings to broaden $X3NA access beyond DEX-native users.

Cross-Chain Exploration

While BASE remains our primary chain, Q4 begins research on cross-chain deployment — potentially extending to other EVM-compatible L2s. Any expansion would require community governance approval through the DAO.

New Game Modes

Community-proposed battle formats, voted on and approved through the DAO. We don’t know what these will be yet — and that’s the point. The community decides.

The Logic Behind the Sequence

Every quarter builds on the last in a specific way.

Q1 (Distribution) — Get the product in front of more people through Farcaster, Private Rooms, and UX fixes. You can’t build a community without users.

Q2 (Depth) — Give those users reasons to stay through AI Agents, Team Battles, and Pro Mode. Retention is harder than acquisition.

Q3 (Economics) — Align incentives through the points system and token launch. Users who contributed to growth are rewarded for it.

Q4 (Ownership) — Transfer control to the community through DAO governance. The platform becomes community-owned.

This isn’t a random feature list. It’s a value transfer arc — from company-controlled product to community-owned platform.

What This Means for You

If you’re a player: Every round you play, every referral you bring, every battle you share contributes to the platform’s growth. The points system will ensure early activity is recognized at token launch.

If you’re a builder: The Public API and open architecture create opportunities to build tools, bots, analytics, and integrations on top of X3NA. Early builders in an ecosystem tend to benefit disproportionately.

If you’re a community leader: Private Rooms give you infrastructure to create prediction experiences for your audience with revenue share. Your community gets entertainment; you get a sustainable revenue model.

If you’re evaluating X3NA for grants or investment: X3NA is a live product on BASE with a verified smart contract, an EU legal entity, and a clear path to token economics. We’re seeking growth capital to accelerate the timeline outlined above.

A Note on Realism

We could have written this roadmap with hockey-stick projections and viral growth assumptions. We chose not to.

Building a consumer crypto product is hard. User acquisition requires constant experimentation. Retention demands continuous iteration. Token launches are complex. DAO governance is still being figured out across the industry.

We know the challenges ahead. We believe the model — fair, transparent, community-first — is strong enough to meet them. But we’re not going to pretend the path is easy or guaranteed.

The question isn’t whether community-owned entertainment platforms are the future. It’s who builds the one that actually works.

We’re working on it.
