According to the Financial Times<\/a>, the Avalanche Foundation is negotiating with investors to establish two U.S.-based \u201cdigital asset treasury\u201d firms in a bid to raise $1 billion and purchase millions of AVAX tokens at a discount. The first vehicle, led by Hivemind Capital, plans to raise up to $500 million via a Nasdaq-listed company; former White House press secretary and crypto investor Anthony Scaramucci is advising on this deal.<\/p>\n
