Half of the payment came in Trump Media stock, and the other half was in cash. This setup gave Crypto.com a stake in the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

The structure of the deal allocates 50% in Trump Media stock and 50% in cash, giving Crypto.com an equity position within the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to <\/span>Globalnewswire<\/span><\/a>, Trump Media\u2019s CEO and Chairman, Devin Nunes, stated,<\/span><\/p>\n
