Let\u2019s be real: Inflation is a problem, and it\u2019ll continue to be so for the time\u00a0being.<\/p>\n
Who knows? Maybe it\u2019ll be an even worse case scenario, such as hyperinflation.<\/p>\n
I personally believe that hyperinflation will take place at some point in the\u00a0U.S.<\/p>\n
When will it happen? I don\u2019t know, but it could come sooner than\u00a0later.<\/p>\n
What\u2019s happening right now may not be a big deal, but I think there will be long-term implications.<\/p>\n
So will the Big Beautiful Bill raise inflation?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n It may not go into effect right away, but there\u2019s potential for inflation to go up in the long-run.<\/p>\n Whatever the long-term implications will be, it\u2019ll impact everyone to a certain degree or\u00a0another.<\/p>\n We saw that happen with recent legislation that happened, which will only make the inflation problem\u00a0worse.<\/p>\n That\u2019s what I want to discuss in this\u00a0post.<\/p>\n Earlier this month, the U.S. Congress passed big legislation revolving so-called tax cuts and stimulus to the\u00a0economy.<\/p>\n I\u2019m referring to the \u201cOne Big, Beautiful\u201d law that went into effect in early\u00a0July.<\/p>\n Basically, it\u2019s an extension of the tax cuts that were passed in 2017. Along with that, there are other so-called cuts that are set to take into\u00a0place.<\/p>\n Not to mention, this law brings on more spending, more debt, and more importantly, it\u2019ll lead to more inflation in the long\u00a0term.<\/p>\n Without going into the details, I see it as nothing beneficial for citizens or for the country as a\u00a0whole.<\/p>\n There\u2019s no need to discus the politics of it, or which side is right or\u00a0wrong.<\/p>\n That\u2019s not what matters at all- What matters is the long-term implications, which people are not yet aware\u00a0of.<\/p>\n The fact that spending will go up, along with rising inflation, is concerning to say the\u00a0least.<\/p>\n Although it doesn\u2019t benefit everyone, it benefits a selected\u00a0few.<\/p>\n Or the idea of the \u201crich getting richer, and the poor getting\u00a0poorer.\u201d<\/p>\n That continues to be the case for this legislation that\u2019s now become\u00a0law.<\/p>\n It\u2019ll be interesting to see how it will all play out in the long run. I\u2019m not too optimistic about it, neither should most people\u00a0be.<\/p>\n Where things stand in the political environment, it seems that there\u2019s nothing to be excited\u00a0about.<\/p>\n For me, I try to tune out from the political garbage that\u2019s taking place right now. It\u2019s all\u00a0noise.<\/p>\n However, what I will take into consideration is that there will be short-term victories for\u00a0now.<\/p>\n That is, if you participate in investing or trading in the stock market, you can potentially capitalize on what\u2019s to\u00a0come.<\/p>\n For Wall Street (or the stock market in general), there will be some nice gains in the\u00a0market.<\/p>\n Whatever type of market bull runs we get, it can benefit those who participate now.<\/p>\n Maybe not so for Main Street, but Wall Street will benefit in the short-term.<\/p>\n Regarding the long-term? I have no idea, but I don\u2019t feel too optimistic about\u00a0it.<\/p>\n It doesn\u2019t look good in the coming months and years, but it doesn\u2019t mean all is\u00a0lost.<\/p>\n That\u2019s why I look at news events like this as little opportunities to take advantage of.<\/p>\n If the market will have some nice bull runs the next few years, it\u2019s those times to take advantage of\u00a0them.<\/p>\n It\u2019s why I\u2019m doing in my journey of trading\u00a0options.<\/p>\n Whether the market is up, down, or going sideways, I look to generate income either\u00a0way.<\/p>\n If the market is up, that\u2019s\u00a0nice.<\/p>\n If the market is down, I won\u2019t make as much money<\/em><\/a>. But, I still keep that cash flow coming\u00a0in.<\/p>\n If the market is sideways, that\u2019s the most ideal market to be\u00a0in.<\/p>\n So, whatever happens from any type of legislation, or news, I still\u00a0benefit.<\/p>\n It\u2019s all about looking at the big\u00a0picture.<\/p>\n There will be some winners, and a lot of losers in the meantime.<\/p>\n I take advantage of it because I know inflation is real, and it\u2019s only going to get\u00a0worse.<\/p>\n ________________________________-<\/p>\n Why not take advantage of trading to fight the inflation beast?<\/p>\n The One Big Beautiful Law will soon be known as big beautiful, everlasting inflation.<\/p>\n I want to tackle inflation with confidence, knowing that I can create income faster than the rate of inflation.<\/p>\n That\u2019s what options trading is all about, and it can be for you as\u00a0well.<\/p>\n No matter what\u2019s happening around the world, or some legislation gets passed that has an impact on your life, you can still\u00a0prosper.<\/p>\n When trading options, you can make money in either market direction.
