In an August 21 interview with Ran Neuner, the BitMEX co-founder said both Ethereum and Solana will rally hard, but he is explicitly tilted toward ETH for the remainder of the cycle. \u201cDo I believe Solana is going to go up? Absolutely it\u2019s going to go up. Do I believe it\u2019s going to go up more than ETH? I don\u2019t know. Probably not,\u201d Hayes said<\/a>. When pressed on portfolio construction, he didn\u2019t hedge: \u201cIn terms of a position\u2026 you\u2019d be more overweight ETH? Correct. Yes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ethereum Vs. Solana: Who Wins This Cycle?<\/h2>\n

Neuner framed the context that has flipped the conversation from \u201cSolana-only\u201d to an Ethereum-led trade, citing a sequence of catalysts\u2014from stablecoins to marquee advocates\u2014that has turned ETH into \u201cthe darling asset of Wall Street.\u201d Hayes didn\u2019t contest the premise.
