The world\u2019s leading <\/span>crypto<\/span> exchange <\/span>announced<\/span><\/a> that <\/span>deposits and withdrawals for all networks will be paused<\/span> on<\/span> July 31<\/span>.<\/span> The reason is a live upgrade on the wallet network infrastructure, which should take approximately 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Binance explained that <\/span>the trading of tokens will not be impacted<\/span> during the maintenance. Recent Binance Amendments<\/span><\/h2>\n

Earlier this week, the exchange <\/span>added<\/span><\/a> CVX\/USDC, FUN\/USDC, and LISTA\/USDC to its Binance Spot program. It also allowed trading bot services with the pairs CVX\/USDC, FUN\/USDC, LISTA\/USDC, BCH\/USDC, and SPK\/USDC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Interestingly, some of the involved cryptocurrencies <\/span>headed south<\/span> after the announcement. CVX was among the biggest losers, dropping by 8%. For its part, LISTA reacted much more logically following the support from Binance, with its valuation spiking by double digits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In June, the company <\/span>allowed<\/span><\/a> its clients to use Official Trump (TRUMP), Sonic (S), Peanut the Squirrel (PNUT), Virtuals Protocol (VIRTUAL), SSV Network (SSV), Defi App (HOME), and\u00a0Resolv (RESOLV) as loanable assets on Binance Loans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last week, it removed<\/a> the Seed Tag from trending meme coins, such as Bonk (BONK), Pepe (PEPE), and Pudgy Penguins (PENGU). Tokens with that label represent early-stage projects or assets that carry greater risk for investors.<\/span><\/p>\n

There have been <\/span>renewed rumors<\/span><\/a> that Binance plans to list Pi Network\u2019s PI, with some community members eyeing August 15 as a potential date. <\/span>This<\/span> isn\u2019t the first time such speculation has surfaced, with earlier expectations hinting that the exchange might embrace the coin on Pi Day (March 14) or Pi2Day (June 28).<\/span><\/p>\n
