After Beginning to Write, My Restless Soul Longed to Feel the Winds of\u00a0Web3<\/h3>\n

A few days ago, I stepped back into my sacred writing realm with an article sharing what kept me away from writing for months: \ud83d\udcdd From Struggle to Survival\u200a\u2014\u200aMy Story<\/a>\u00a0. Although the writing gap was just a few months, my disconnection from Web3 had been far\u00a0longer.<\/p>\n

Life had its grip, pulling my focus away. But as soon as I finished publishing this story, and finished all the formalities related to promote it, my soul craved the fresh, liberating air of\u00a0Web3.<\/p>\n

Winds of Web3 from a Tweet Gathering Hive Support for\u00a0#DLUX<\/h3>\n

All of a sudden, Web3 air caressed me when I stumbled upon a tweet from @coldbeetrootsoup, urging Hiveans to promote Hive ecosystem dapp #DLUX by supporting DLUX\u00a0; @dlux-io to get listed in #TheDappList site<\/a><\/p>\n

@coldbeetrootsoup \u2019s tweet took me to this article <\/a>that explained how to support #DLUX in getting listed in #TheDappList by voting for #DLUX to get listed in the #TheDappList site.<\/p>\n

I began to revive my Web3 association by voting for DLUX in #TheDappList portal.<\/a><\/p>\n

Strong Web3 vibes landing at Dapp hunting Ground\u200a\u2014\u200a#TheDappList website<\/h3>\n

This made me feel connected as a part of the Web3 community.<\/p>\n

The https:\/\/thedapplist.com<\/a> appears to be a valuable resource for us in the #Web3 community, as we get to find the trusted dapps in the Web3\u00a0space.<\/p>\n

These listed dapps in the https:\/\/thedapplist.com<\/a> are approved and recommended by Web3 community so it\u2019s a trusted resource to check real, working dapps that are trusted to be used by the Web3 community.<\/p>\n

Landing at the shores of https:\/\/thedapplist.com<\/a> was a thrilling experience\u200a\u2014\u200aI was excited to know a place from where I can check dapps from various Blockchains in different categories\u200a\u2014\u200a#DEFI, social dapps, #DePIN, AI and what not, as there are many other fields in Web3 realm than I know\u00a0of.<\/p>\n

My realisation of having a Web3 belonging as a\u00a0Hivean!!<\/h3>\n

As @mintymile, I\u2019ve been part of #Hive since its genesis. That long association isn\u2019t just history\u200a\u2014\u200ait\u2019s my digital identity.<\/p>\n

Voting for DLUX, reading posts, writing again\u2026 it brought that identity back to\u00a0life.<\/p>\n

My Seamless interoperability with the Web3 World\u200a\u2014\u200aas I compose there effortlessly\u2026!<\/h3>\n

As these Web3 waves touched my feet, I just ventured into the #Web3 landscape with this tune of the Pirates in the Caribbean theme song playing in my head\u00a0–<\/p>\n

My hesitation of stepping into the overwhelming terrain of Web3 suddenly disappeared.<\/p>\n

I felt like I belonged to the Web3 World and I am always Welcome to enter it when I\u00a0do.<\/p>\n

My feeling was similar to what the children of Narnia must have felt\u200a\u2014\u200awhenever they entered the delightful world of Narnia from their world; Earth. They have a sense of identity, belonging, and purpose in Narnia, as a true Narnian accepted and tuned to that\u00a0world.<\/p>\n

DLUX was my doorway this time to the Web3 universe!<\/h3>\n

I had my welcome entry into the Web3 Sphere once again trying to understand\u200a\u2014\u200a#DLUX protocol.<\/p>\n

I was the 61st voter supporting the proposal in #TheDppList to have #DLUX protocol listed here. Since then that proposal has got a lot more upvotes\u200a\u2014\u200a124 at the time of\u00a0writing.<\/p>\n

DLUX got me understand the DePIN category in Web3 better, it\u2019s a term I have been hearing often but have not explored or read about\u00a0much.<\/p>\n

#DLUX is a Layer 2 on #Hive, for creators, developers, DAO communities, NFT enthusiasts. It is meant to support heavy content\u200a\u2014\u200amostly Virtual Reality, Metaverse although all content\u200a\u2014\u200aimages, videos, text can be posted\u00a0here.<\/p>\n

This adheres to a core Web3 principle\u200a\u2014\u200aof users owning their content in Web3 and getting token rewards for engagement.<\/em><\/p>\n

Yet, what was new to me was all those photo and solid content of creators being stored pinned to IPFS,ie, Inter Planetary File System in an encrypted fashion.\u00a0Wow!<\/p>\n

The storage aspect of the files is taken care by Hive\u2019s SPK Network<\/a>. @spknetwork \u2018s Proof of storage algorithm ensures that the files stored in its storage nodes with files pinned to IPFS exist permanently.<\/p>\n

BROCA Power sends files to SPY\u2019s storage nodes\u200a\u2014\u200avoila, it\u2019s pinned to\u00a0IPFS!<\/h3>\n

The SPY Network\u2019s storage nodes are incentivized by BROCA tokens, allowing creators to pay for storage using BROCA Resource Credits. Creators simply power up their BROCA, similar to how they would with Hive, to acquire these Resource\u00a0Credits.<\/p>\n

This interaction with the BROCA smart contract enables seamless execution of transactions to store their files on the IPFS node network supported by\u00a0SPY.<\/p>\n

There is a buzzing community that provides decentralised storage\u200a\u2014\u200awith them providing their compute space for storage of files, hosting of stored files\u00a0etc.<\/p>\n

This truly brings to life the decentralised infrastructure advantage of Web3. Yes, storage and hosting are supported by peer-to-peer nodes, all incentivized with BROCA tokens in the case of\u00a0DLUX!<\/p>\n

DLUX\u2019s Honeycomb Powered Node Framework to Securely Process Transactions!<\/h3>\n

DLUX Protocol too has it\u2019s own node system powered by Honeycomb software. DLUX\u2019s validator nodes generate consensus reports.<\/p>\n

Honeycomb runs these DLUX #nodes\u200a\u2014\u200aas the software is used to discover peers, communicate, sync in blockchain data, ensuring consistency for nodes to operate efficiently\u200a\u2014\u200avalidating data and creating blocks, that would be stored securely on Hive Blockchain.<\/p>\n

Yet, it feels nice to feel ALIVE! Doing things I am genuinely passionate about\u200a\u2014\u200awriting and\u00a0Web3!<\/p>\n

This feels like true love, that spark of excitement that seems to evergreenly flow within me forever\u00a0: powering my creativity, my writing, my stories and enriching my experiences!<\/p>\n

I had my doubts and difficulties beginning even to write earlier and yet I posted my story on\u00a0Hive.<\/p>\n

It delighted me to find that most of my usual bunch of readers visited that post and showed their support through their\u00a0upvotes.<\/p>\n

I felt that my presence was pinned on Hive, like files are permanently on SPY\u2019s IPFS Proof of Storage\u00a0system.<\/p>\n

A presence that\u2019s valued and has it\u2019s own worth. It\u2019s a legacy I built through writing my stories, articulating my thoughts, sharing my knowledge and experience on various\u00a0topics!<\/p>\n

Well, it felt nice to sail on a portion of the Web3 waters again writing about Dlux and I land back to the shore to rest and write my Web3 voyage\u00a0diaries!<\/p>\n
