Two of the most high-profile GOP holdouts, Reps. Chip Roy and Marjorie Taylor Greene were joined by House Financial Services Vice Chair Bill Huizenga, whose initial \u201cno\u201d vote sent Republican leadership into emergency mode.<\/p>\n

Behind the scenes, Johnson spent hours negotiating with factions from the House Freedom Caucus, Financial Services Committee, and Agriculture Committee, trying to keep the crypto agenda alive.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is about more than crypto. It\u2019s about whether the House always has to bow to the Senate,\u201d one senior Republican aide told FOX.<\/p>\n
