It is the very embodiment of chaos masquerading as\u00a0control.<\/p>\n

The new rituals of attention<\/h3>\n

I check my X feed and Telegram groups compulsively, not because I seek knowledge, but because I crave certainty. But crypto offers none. It is a market that never sleeps. No breaks. No weekends. No close of\u00a0day.<\/p>\n

TradingView and DexScreener aren\u2019t just tools. They\u2019ve become altars. Sites of both revelation and ruin. I rebalance my portfolio obsessively, often multiple times a day. I\u2019ve exited losses, only to jump into another trade hours later. A pattern not of strategy, but of\u00a0revenge.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t research. It\u2019s a loop. A liturgy. A hunger masquerading as diligence.<\/p>\n

And all along, CEX brands tell you they\u2019re making their interface easier. Smoother. Smarter. But no one is designing a calmer<\/strong> way to trade. Here\u2019s the brutal irony. I would\u2019ve made more if I had just\u00a0held.<\/p>\n

So what\u2019s the\u00a0answer?<\/p>\n

Maybe it\u2019s not building smarter agents. Maybe it\u2019s not another app, another dashboard, another Telegram\u00a0group.<\/p>\n

Maybe the answer is simpler, and\u00a0harder.<\/p>\n

Maybe it\u2019s just holding\u00a0Bitcoin.<\/p>\n

Not because it\u2019s perfect. But because it represents a refusal to be ruled by noise. A commitment to clarity over chaos. Signal over stimulation.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a small act of rebellion in a system designed to consume your attention.<\/p>\n
