There are clear signs that the Trump Tariff Dramas\u200a\u2014\u200awith President Trump as the lead actor\u200a\u2014\u200ahave caused trauma to the US\u00a0economy.<\/p>\n

One glaring signal? The USD is losing strength against the world\u2019s major currencies, as reflected by the DXY Index, which tracks USD\u2019s value against six key currencies:<\/p>\n

– Chinese Yuan

*Before the arrival of the Trump Tariff season, USD was gaining strength during September 2024 to Jan 13 2025. Then USD began to weaken since Jan 13th 2025 this year. USD\u2019s value has melted by 10% since Jan of this\u00a0year.*<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Euro has appreciated against the USD, smashing through the long-standing resistance range of 1.11 USD\u200a\u2014\u200aa level that hadn\u2019t been broken since March\u00a02022!<\/p>\n
