The pain for the bulls continued as the price remained below $2,000 in the past week or so. Several hours ago, though, the valuation finally reclaimed the psychological level, registering a 7% increase on a daily scale.<\/span><\/p>\n

This<\/span> triggered speculation from numerous market observers that the bearish trend could soon <\/span>be replaced<\/span> by a period of serious resurgence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The X user Jelle <\/span>claimed<\/span><\/a> that ETH has bounced \u201cright where it matters\u201d at the key support of $2K. <\/span>The analyst suggested that the price <\/span>now has the potential to<\/span> turn this into \u201ca solid reclaim or a bearish retest.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Rekt Capital also noted the price revival. They <\/span>assumed<\/span><\/a> a possible \u201cstrong reaction here\u201d could fuel a rally to the macro range of $2,196-$3,900.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf ETH does this before the March Monthly Close, then this entire sub-$2200 downside would end up as a downside wick,\u201d they forecasted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last <\/span>but not least<\/span>, Crypto Patel <\/span>described<\/span><\/a> the sub-$2,000 zone as \u201ca massive buying opportunity for those looking at long-term gains.\u201d They also predicted that ETH could rise to <\/span>a new<\/span> all-time high of over $8,000 in the following months.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Not so Fast<\/span>\u2026<\/span><\/h2>\n

Despite the bullish projections following the rally above $2K, some key factors signal that a new pullback is <\/span>also<\/span> possible. <\/span><\/p>\n

ETH\u2019s Relative Strength Index (RSI)<\/span>, for instance,<\/span> has <\/span>climbed<\/span><\/a> to the bearish zone of 70.<\/span> The technical analysis tool measures the speed and change of price movements, and readings above this level suggest that the asset might be overbought and headed toward a potential correction.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ethereum\u2019s exchange netflow should also <\/span>be mentioned<\/span>. Over the past week (according to CryptoQuant), inflows have <\/span>surpassed<\/span><\/a> outflows, signaling a potential shift from self-custody methods toward centralized exchanges. <\/span>This<\/span>, in turn, increases the immediate selling pressure.<\/span><\/p>\n
