What\u2019s New Around Pi Network?<\/h2>\n

The crypto project has taken center stage lately due to <\/span>launching<\/span><\/a> its Open Network on February 20. <\/span>This<\/span> allowed exchanges to list Pi Network\u2019s native token and make it publicly accessible. The first to embrace it included Bitget, OKX, and MEXC.<\/span><\/p>\n

Binance <\/span>was also rumored<\/span> to join the list. The world\u2019s biggest cryptocurrency exchange even\u00a0<\/span>held a community vote<\/span><\/a> to determine whether its users\u00a0<\/span>would<\/span> want to see PI available for trading. Over 86% of the voters clicked the \u201cyes\u201d option, but the company has remained silent <\/span>on the matter<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that there<\/span> has been <\/span>rising speculation<\/span><\/a> that Binance might do so as soon as this week, more specifically <\/span>on March 14<\/span>.<\/span> The date is\u00a0<\/span>special<\/span>\u00a0for the community since it will mark the sixth birthday of\u00a0<\/span>Pi<\/span> Network. It also aligns with Pi Day, a celebration of the mathematical constant \u03c0 (pi), which is approximately 3.14.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite reaching the <\/span>aforementioned milestone<\/span>, <\/span>Pi<\/span> Network remains quite controversial. For instance, it keeps extending the deadline to pass KYC procedures and migrations to the mainnet. The process, known as \u201cthe Grace Period,\u201d was supposed to run until February 28, but the team later <\/span>moved<\/span><\/a> it to March 14.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this week, the developers <\/span>warned<\/span><\/a> users to complete the required steps before that date \u201cto avoid forfeiting most of your Pi other than Pi mined within the rolling window of the last 6 months before your Pi <\/span>is migrated<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

How\u2019s XRP Doing?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ripple\u2019s native token is also among the top-trending topics in the crypto space. The asset has been on a massive uptrend since the election of Donald Trump, almost reaching<\/a> its all-time high of $3.40 in January this year. <\/span><\/p>\n

Since then, though, it has headed south and is <\/span>currently<\/span> trading at around $2.10 (per CoinGecko\u2019s data). Several hours ago, it <\/span>even<\/span> dipped to a multi-month low of $1.92 before the bulls recovered some of the losses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite the bearish environment, numerous analysts <\/span>continue to<\/span> envision a resurgence to new peaks for XRP. The X user Dark Defender recently <\/span>suggested<\/span><\/a> that the asset <\/span>successfully<\/span> broke the multi-year resistance line in November 2024 and tested previous resistance as support.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never seen XRP bullish more than this before,\u201d Dark Defender stated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For their part, EGRAG CRYPTO <\/span>predicted<\/span><\/a> a rather ridiculous price explosion to the $27-$222 range. <\/span>Such high prices would require XRP\u2019s market capitalization to multi-trillion levels, which <\/span>as of<\/span> the moment,<\/span> seems highly unlikely.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is SHIB Poised for a Comeback?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Last <\/span>but not least<\/span>, we will touch upon Shiba Inu, whose price has also suffered the negative consequences of the broader crypto market crash. As of this writing, the meme coin is worth around $0.00001162, representing a 28% decline on a monthly scale.

According to the popular analyst Jeremie Davinci, though, SHIB still has a chance to go \u201cto the moon.\u201d The Bitcoin advocate assumed<\/a> that such progress would rely heavily on Shibarium\u2019s advancement.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI like Shiba Inu, as you know, and <\/span>I think<\/span> it will do relatively well in this cycle, but it may not go as high as you expect.<\/span> I think Shiba Inu has a lot of utility now that they have Shibarium, and basically, it\u2019s a chain that you can\u00a0<\/span>actually<\/span> run all kinds of applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, nobody is using it, and there are no applications for using your tokens on Shibarium yet. If they get that solved, Shiba Inu will go to the moon,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the beginning of the year, the layer-2 scaling solution gained attention for handling millions of <\/span>transactions each day<\/span>. By February, the total transactions on the network <\/span>exceeded<\/span><\/a> 900 million. However, in recent weeks, Shibarium\u2019s activity has slowed significantly.<\/span><\/p>\n
