Shiba Inu\u2019s leading developer who uses the X moniker <\/span>Shytoshi Kusama<\/span> recently <\/span>said<\/span><\/a> they will introduce a podcast in 2025.<\/span> It will consist of 44 episodes and touch upon different aspects of the entire ecosystem of the meme coin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kusama explained that every Monday, the podcast\u2019s topic will be meme coins, while Tuesday will <\/span>be dedicated<\/span> to Treat (TREAT). The token serves various purposes, including <\/span>as<\/span> a reward for users participating in the Shiba Inu ecosystem\u2019s activities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Every Thursday the streaming will feature \u201ctech talk<\/span>,\u201d on<\/span> Friday Kusama will \u201cdo shootouts and follows,\u201d whereas Saturday will be \u201call about spirituality.\u201d<\/span> There will be no podcast on Wednesday and Sunday.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNext year will be epic, and I am so excited to share what we\u2019ve built,\u201d the developer concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

The upcoming podcast represents another community-oriented effort. Earlier this year, Kusama and Kaal Dhairya (two of the anonymous developers of Shiba Inu) <\/span>revealed<\/span><\/a> they would step down by the end of 2024 and hand <\/span>full<\/span> control over to the SHIB Army. The former said this move aligns with their vision for true decentralization in the cryptocurrency space.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Recall that Bitcoin (BTC) plummeted from over $108,000 on December 17 to its current $93,500 after America\u2019s central bank hinted<\/a> that <\/span>the rate cuts might be paused<\/span> in 2025 due to rising inflation concerns.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One factor signaling that SHIB bulls might experience further pain <\/span>in the near future<\/span> is the exchange <\/span>netflow<\/span>. According to CryptoQuant, inflows surpassed outflows on most days last week. This suggests a shift from self-custody methods toward centralized platforms and could be viewed as a bearish factor since it increases the immediate selling pressure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
