The self-proclaimed meta of buying fairlaunch tokens on post-TGE dips has proved very lucrative. In the last few weeks, I have managed to snipe a 6\u20137X on Superchamps, a 6-7X on Seedworld, a 7\u20138X on AgentsAI, and a break even on Altcoinist (win some, lose\u00a0some).<\/p>\n
Although the narrative has caught a lot of steam, and more and more projects are launching this way, most folks have not caught on to the strategy. That leaves us little retailers a chance to profit from the impatience of the masses, and the indifference of the\u00a0whales.<\/p>\n
As a quick refresher, the strategy involves finding solid fair-launch projects with low FDVs (fully diluted values) and high token unlocks. Extra points for DEX only or other community focused initiatives.<\/p>\n
Follow the projects very closely at launch, and buy during the inevitable dip where all the flippers looking for quick profit dump their tokens for piddly little gains. (usually within the first few\u00a0hours)<\/p>\n
Your aim is to pick up the tokens at or within roughly 20% of the IDO price, and hold for 2\u20133 weeks. 5\u201310X returns are still very possible, and the best bet is to sell half your tokens as it nears approx. 5X to derisk, then moonbag the\u00a0rest.<\/p>\n
