Perhaps the most important is the shift in the leadership of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Not long ago, the current Chairman, Gary Gensler, confirmed<\/a> he will step down on January 20, 2025. <\/span>This<\/span> has led to speculation that the next leader will be pro-crypto and not hamper the industry\u2019s advancement with constant legal battles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
