It does not automatically create a liquid market.<\/p>\n<p>A private credit or private equity fund can still have transfer restrictions, limited redemption windows and few willing buyers.<\/p>\n<p>Fission is developing infrastructure to provide secondary-market liquidity for qualifying interests.
