Project Kati 1 is an 83 MW facility connected with wind generation in Willacy County, Texas.<\/p>\n
Soluna\u2019s broader business model focuses on locating energy-intensive computing near renewable generation that would otherwise be curtailed or underused.<\/p>\n
Bitcoin mining has historically been the main workload for that model, although the company has increasingly positioned its sites for other forms of high-performance computing as well.<\/p>\n
