The product sits inside Bybit\u2019s pre-IPO perpetual desk and is settled in USDT.<\/p>\n
That means traders can go long or short on Oura\u2019s implied pre-listing value without owning shares in the company.<\/p>\n
It is a very different product from the retail IPO allocation route recently announced by Coinbase.<\/p>\n
Bybit is offering a derivative.<\/p>\n
Users do not receive an IPO allocation, shareholder voting rights or physical equity if they hold the perpetual contract.<\/p>\n
