A group led by Sunil Kavuri criticized the plan. On 8 <\/span><span>November 2024<\/span><span>, FTX initiated legal proceedings against Anthony Scaramucci and his firm, SkyBridge Capital. It is seeking to recover $100 million spent on sponsorships and investments involving former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Binance and its founder, Changpeng Zhao, are facing a $1.8 billion lawsuit.
