Numerous market observers, though, believe an XRP bull run is incoming. <\/span>One of those is the X user EGRAG CRYPTO who <\/span>claimed<\/span><\/a> the asset\u2019s price chart has been following a so-called \u201c<\/span>bitfrost<\/span> bridge\u201d in the past years. <\/span>Continuing<\/span> that trend would lead to a price rally to as high as $0.90<\/span>, the analysis suggests<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dark Defender also gave their two cents. The analyst <\/span>maintained<\/span><\/a> that XRP\u2019s daily indicators are oversold, while the daily trend is bullish. The trader still thinks that a <\/span>major<\/span> pump could occur if the price surpasses the <\/span>important<\/span> resistance levels of $0.5286, $0.6044, and $0.6649.<\/span><\/p>\n

The investor, using the X monicker Crypto Rand, <\/span>weighed in, too<\/span>. They claimed the current price condition of XRP represents a \u201c<\/span>do or die<\/span> momentum.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Volatility on the Way?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The results of the presidential elections in the United States may trigger severe price swings for the entire cryptocurrency market. The contest (set for November 5) faces the Republican Donald Trump versus the Democrat Kamala Harris.<\/span><\/p>\n

The XRP army seems to be cheering for the former, considering his <\/span>promise<\/span><\/a> to fire the SEC\u2019s Chairman Gary Gensler, <\/span>should<\/span> he emerge victorious. The agency and its head have been at war with many crypto businesses, including Ripple. Those who have followed the updates in the crypto space for the past several years must be aware that the two entities have been confronting each other in a <\/span>lawsuit<\/a> since 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

The potential dismissal of Gensler could change the regulator\u2019s approach to the Ripple case, as a new Chair might shift focus away from aggressive enforcement actions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That said, many crypto proponents were left baffled after the company\u2019s co-founder Chris Larsen donated $10 million worth of XRP to support Harris\u2019 campaign. Last week, he <\/span>assumed<\/span><\/a> that the Democratic candidate would have a much different stance towards the industry than her predecessor, Joe Biden.<\/span><\/p>\n
