But this information is not natively accessible to an agent. There is no standardized interface that tells it: \u201cInfrastructure is nominal\u201d or \u201cThe bridge is degraded, wait.\u201d<\/p>\n
An experienced human can read the signals. An agent cannot. Not without\u00a0help.<\/p>\n
