According to its articles of association, its primary activities include acquiring and managing equity stakes in companies both within Greece and internationally.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It is also authorized to provide advisory services related to capital structuring, investment strategy, and liquidity management.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Leadership of the new entity has been assigned to Gillian Majella Lynch, a senior executive with experience in banking, fintech, and digital assets.
