This target represents 1% of BTC total supply. Announced just before Christmas 2025, the plan involves five strategic proposals, inlcuding capital stock shifts to surplus accounts for dividends and buybacks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>CEO Simon Gerovich outlined phased goals. The company achieved the goal of 30,000 BTC in 2025, 100,000 by FY 2026 and 210,000 by FY2027 via \u201c555 Million Plan\u201d warrants worth $5.4 billion. Of course it mirrors Strategy\u2019s approach but leverages Japanese capital markets. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to DLNews, Metaplanet\u2019s board approved a plan to further purchase Bitcoin, targeting 210k BTC by the end of 2027.
