Helios<\/a> is the ETF Layer for Cross-Chain Finance \u2013 a Layer 1 blockchain engineered to make automated, diversified, multi-chain portfolios a native blockchain primitive.<\/p>\n

With the TGE now live, $HLS becomes available to the public, enabling broader participation in the Helios ecosystem as the network developers.<\/p>\n

$HLS Now Live on Major Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n

At launch, $HLS is available for trading on multiple centralized exchanges, including:<\/p>\n

KuCoin
\nBingX
\nMEXC
\nWeex
\nLBank<\/p>\n

This initial exchange availability is designed to provide global access and liquidity while Helios continues progressing toward its full mainnet launch.<\/p>\n

Phased Launch Architecture<\/strong><\/p>\n

At TGE, $HLS is introduced as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum and Arbitrum<\/strong>, aligning with Helios\u2019 current Mainnet Beta<\/strong> phase. This approach allows Helios to leverage established infrastructure and ample liquidity while continuing development of its Layer-1.<\/p>\n

Helios Mainnet is scheduled to launch in Q1 2026<\/strong>, at which point $HLS will become native to the Helios chain. Following mainnet launch, users will be able to bridge $HLS to Helios Mainnet via Hyperion<\/strong>, Helios\u2019 cross-chain execution modules designed to enable seamless interoperability across ecosystems.<\/p>\n

Strong Financial Backing and Community Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alongside the TGE, Helios also confirmed it has successfully secured $19 million<\/strong> in total funding to date.<\/p>\n

This includes:<\/p>\n

$15 million commitment from Bolts Capital<\/strong>, providing long-term strategic backing for product development and ecosystem growth
\n$4 million raised through launchpads<\/strong>, reflecting strong community participation and demand ahead of the TGE<\/p>\n

The capital raised supports Helios\u2019 continued development across core infrastructure, ecosystem incentives, and upcoming product launches.<\/p>\n

What Comes Next for Helios<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the TGE, Helios enters a new execution phase focused on expanding network functionality and onboarding users and developers. Near-term priorities include:<\/p>\n

Operating the Helios Mainnet Beta<\/strong> with supervised validators
\nActivating incentive program
\nContinued development toward a full permissionless mainnet<\/strong> in Q1 2026<\/p>\n
