Bitcoin prices have recovered to exceed\u00a0 $93,000 again during early trading in Asia on Wednesday morning. The move comes less than two days after it dumped to $84,000 in the latest violent leverage flush.<\/p>\n
The asset has now recovered<\/a> all losses from that drawdown and is sitting at a crucial resistance point.\u00a0The move has also reignited<\/a> market sentiment, which has turned bullish once again in this very unusual cycle.<\/p>\n Analyst \u2018Daan Crypto Trades\u2019 observed the monthly candle sweep, stating, \u201cwhenever a new month instantly moves up or down, and leaves no wick or anything behind, these levels are often taken out. This was a very quick and clean example of that.\u201d<\/p>\n He also observed<\/a> that the total crypto market capitalization retook June lows, \u201cand is showing some solid low time frame strength.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cFor December to be able to show some further relief, you\u2019d want to see this start making those higher lows and higher highs on the low time frame first. But it was exactly what we wanted to see.\u201d<\/p>\n However, analyst \u2018CryptoCon\u2019 wasn\u2019t so bullish, labelling<\/a> the latest move a bear trap. \u201cOn every price bump, you\u2019ll see: \u2018Bottom\u2019s in, new ATHs soon.\u2019 That\u2019s the bear market trap,\u201d he said before adding:<\/p>\n \u201cThe bear market usually takes the full year to play out, so it\u2019s a long, painful process.\u201d<\/p>\n Bitcoin\u2019s rebound has been good for Ether, which shadowed it, reclaiming $3,000 once again.
