However, this hasn\u2019t been the case for the past few months, as the last sizeable red dots came after the late 2024\/early 2025 rally to $3.40.<\/p>\n Consequently, CW determined that the current spot volume levels mean XRP is in a \u201cstate of cooling,\u201d which \u201cindicates oversold\u201d and has historically appeared during the price bottom phases.<\/p>\n The analyst believes this period won\u2019t last long as new XRP ETFs launch almost every week and the inflows are quite impressive. In fact, the spot Ripple funds have performed<\/a> a lot better than their BTC, ETH, and SOL counterparts since the first one hit the US markets in mid-November.<\/p>\n CW added that global liquidity is increasing, which, alongside the growing inflows into the spot XRP ETFs, could result in a significant price expansion for the underlying token. For now, though, XRP remains just inches above the pivotal $2.00 support.
