YoungHoon Kim, a South Korean figure who calls himself the \u201cworld\u2019s highest IQ record holder,\u201d says he has converted all of his assets into bitcoin. <\/p>\n

Kim also predicted that bitcoin will grow at least 100-fold within the next decade, eventually becoming the world\u2019s \u201cultimate reserve asset.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim made these bold declarations in recent posts<\/a> on X, identifying himself as both a \u201cGrand Master of Memory\u201d and the person with the highest IQ ever recorded \u2014 a claim somewhat disputed by experts.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe that Bitcoin is the only hope for the future economy. Therefore, I have converted all my assets into Bitcoin,\u201d Kim wrote on X.<\/p>\n

At the time of his remarks, bitcoin was trading at about $114,000. If his forecast<\/a> were realized, each coin would top $10 million by the mid-2030s.<\/p>\n

He also shared a photo of himself meeting Matt Prusak, president of American Bitcoin, a firm tied to<\/a> the Trump family.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kim\u2019s assertions rest on his reputation as an intellectual prodigy, but that status is far from universally accepted. He has claimed an IQ score of 276 \u2014 far beyond the limits of standard psychometric scales, which typically lose reliability past the 160\u2013200 range.<\/p>\n

Independent verification of the score is lacking. While organizations such as the GIGA Society and the United Sigma Intelligence Association (which Kim himself helped found) have touted<\/a> his record, major psychologists and high-IQ communities have dismissed the figure as implausible.\u00a0<\/p>\n
